Dreams
Last night, I dreamed of spiders. Of there being hundred, if not thousands covering my bedroom ceilings and walls. I woke, certain that the sound I heard were spiders, one after another, falling onto my bed.
I jumped, kicking the layers of blankets and comforters off and ran towards the light switch.
There was nothing there. I figured those bastards were quick, running from the light. But there was a part of me that knew better and I tired to go back to bed, convincing myself that the sound was raindrops falling against the windows, not spiders landing on my headboard.
Of course, I had to go downstairs and sleep on the couch.
Within ten minutes, the spiders won. They could have my bed.
I headed downstairs to the couch, safe from the eight-legged creatures.
HAHAHA…

Oh dear, who can no longer hold their head up high when alluding to other people being freaks?
